Appraisal and Consulting Experience 1981-1987 Before becoming active in the appraisal profession he had been a consultant to the banking Industry for seven years in Sales and Sales Management. 1988 - Present Don has prepared appraisals in the United States and Canada for purposes of sale/purchase, rental, financing, income tax, sale leaseback, cost allocation - MACRS, estate planning, foreclosure, dissolution of marriage, and allocation of purchase price.
1966-1981 Don’s first career was in information technology, where he programmed computers, designed a wide range of systems, and managed large groups of analysts and programmers for companies like Raytheon, Beth Israel Hospital, Litton Industries and Digital Equipment Corporation. He brings this technical foundation with computers, problem solving, systems analysis, project and team management to his real estate appraisal skill base.
